How long does it take to ship?
Most parts ship in 3-5 business days. Black rifles typically ship in 7-10 business days. Custom color anodizing orders take an average of 60-90 days to ship. But we have plenty of in-stock custom rifles ready to ship, see our "Quick Ship" tab to view what is in stock and ready to ship.
Do you offer an LE/Mill discount?
We sure do and thank you for your service to our country. Please email your credentials over to support@f-1firearms.com to receive details on how to receive the discount code.
I live close, does F-1 have a showroom?
We are a manufacturing facility and are not open to the public. Please refer to our dealer locator page to find a local retailer near you where you can see our product in person.
Can I make changes to my custom order after it's already been placed?
We will accept changes to your order for up to 15 days after your order date. Please contact us directly via support@f-1firearms.com with your order number so we can update the order accordingly.
I have decided I want to cancel/return my order, what do I need to do?
Please email support@f-1firearms.com with a cancel request email with your order number and we will take care of you. Please note, if your order has already shipped out then you will be responsible for covering the cost to ship the items back, and there will be a 15% restocking fee.
I received my order, but something is incorrect or damaged.
Please go to our SUPPORT tab and fill out an RMA form to start the process for your return. If you have any trouble with the online RMA form, please email us directly with your order number to support@f-1firearms.com and we will help you through the process.
What is the difference between anodizing and cerakote?
Anodizing: an electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish.
Cerakote: a specialized coating that is composed of a polymer-ceramic compound. The ceramic coating benefits the firearm by providing and enhancing physical components, which will protect the wear and tear of your product.
